Dirty Diana by Lexie Davis

Porn star Diana Marco had a prominent reputation in the adult film industry, starring in numerous films under the name Dirty Diana. But after thirteen years, Diana feels a need for something more meaningful in her life and plans for retirement. However, after filming her last movie, she's abducted and taken to the middle of nowhere. In a desperate need to save her life, Diana escapes her captors and hitches a ride to the sheriff's department in the next town. After explaining her situation, the sheriff takes her into his home and introduces her to his brothers. The three men offer her everything she's dreamed of for so long, it almost seems too good to be true. Can this city girl truly find her happily ever after with three sexy cowboys?

Lexie Davis weaves a story of romance and intrigue with the story of Dirty Diana, the porn star who gets kidnapped, escapes, and finds herself cocooned in the warmth of three caring brothers. It may sound quite simple but this story weaves the emotions of each character so well that I’d actually expect to meet the characters on the street.
Diana was leaving porn at the end of a really bad contract. She was done with the life. Then she got kidnapped. It makes sense that at that time in her life she found a man who knew what she had done and loved her anyway. It also makes sense that she ended up falling for three guys. Who better than a porn actress to like multiple partners?
The writing of this story was not particularly complex but the ease with which you follow the characters through the twists and turns that is their life makes me appreciate the writing ability a whole lot more. Lexie Davis did a really good job with making the characters real and believable. Brava Lexie, Brava!
In the end I’m giving this book 4.25 stars. I really liked the characters and the way the book made me feel. Kind of slutty but with a respect for myself. Perfect writing to be able to invoke those feelings.
